The state’s highest court has rejected an appeal made by a developer who hoped to build a new Chick-fil-A in Camp Hill. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court denied the appeal by a developer who wanted to build the new eatery at the corner of 32nd and Chestnut streets. The high court sided with Camp Hill after the borough said neighbors raised concerns about traffic at the potential site, as it would have featured a drive-thru. JPMorgan Chase Bank also reportedly had recently applied for federal regulatory permission to open a branch at that same location.
