Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby is filing for a venue change in her federal perjury trial. She made the motion earlier today. Prosecutors must respond by November 4th. Mosby faces perjury and mortgage fraud charges related to the purchase of two Florida vacation homes. It’s not clear why she’s requesting to change the location of her trial.
