Early voting begins today in West Virginia and tomorrow in Maryland. Those who wish to cast a ballot in Allegany County can do so from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., tomorrow through November 3rd. Drop boxes for mail-in ballots in Allegany County are available outside the County Office Building on Kelly Road and at Mountain Ridge High School in Frostburg. The drop boxes will be available until 8 p.m. on Election Day.
