A key component of Baltimore’s Warner Street Entertainment District is preparing to open at the end of the month. Finishing touches are being put in place for Topgolf, a high-tech driving range set to open on October 28th. The facility will join the Horseshoe Casino along with M&T Bank Stadium and Oriole Park at Camden Yards in the district. A hotel and a concert hall are also planned for the location. Topgolf says it is hiring about five-hundred employees to work at its Baltimore location. City officials are hoping the venue will help spur increased activity while generating tax dollars for Baltimore.
