Buffalo Mills, Pennsylvaniaresident Carla Jean Minnick was served a bench warrant and an arrest warrant. The bench warrant was issued as a result of Ms. Minnick allegedly failing to comply with an order of the court. She was originally charged with three counts of CDS possession, possession of CDS Administering equipment and possession of paraphernalia. The arrest warrant was the result of an incident that occurred on October 20th, at her pre-trial check-in at Alternative Sentencing. She received a District Court hearing, and was later remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on two, $2500 bonds.
