Pennsylvania’s unemployment rate has dropped. Officials with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry report it fell to four-point-one percent in September. In August, it had been at four-point-two percent. The state also says over 12-thousand jobs were added in Pennsylvania in September.
