Cumberland City Clerk Margie Woodring is retired, as of today. She has been the city clerk for the past 14 years and has served the city of Cumberland for a total of 36 years. She began her service in 1986. Her successor will be Allison Layton, the city’s current Citizen Service Representative, and has been in the Community Development Department for three years.
