SUSPECT, VICTIM NAMED IN SCHOOL BUS STOP SHOOTING

Both the suspect and victim have been named in last week’s shooting at a school bus stop in Augusta, West Virginia. Police say John Dulaney shot Shawn Davis, following an argument at the intersection of Mack Road and St. Peter Lane, and in front of a group of students waiting for their school bus. Dulaney called 911 and began CPR on Davis, who was later pronounced dead at the scene. Several children witnessed the incident, and have been provided counseling. According to Sheriff Nathan Sions, more information will be released, “at the appropriate time.”
