PA. SUPREME COURT SAYS UNDATED MAIL-IN BALLOTS SHOULD BE SET ASIDE

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has ordered that all mail-in and absentee ballots that aren’t dated should not be counted by counties. In a ruling Tuesday afternoon, the state’s high court says that instead, the undated ballots should be set aside and segregated from those with dates on them. The panel evenly split the decision 3-to-3; the court is short one judge because of the death of its chief justice a few weeks ago.
