Preston County resident Anthony Shuttlesworth is accused of kidnapping, as he forced a driver, at knifepoint, to drive him toward Uniontown, Pennsylvania. The driver picked up Shuttlesworth, and the situation escalated when he placed a knife from his pocket and placed it in his lap. He allegedly told the victim he was going to drown him in Cheat Lake. At one point, he allowed the victim to go into a convenience store to get a drink. While inside, the victim told employees to call the police. Police arrived and took him into custody. Shuttlesworth is being held in the North Central Regional Jail without bail.
