Corriganville resident Belinda Billie Davis was served a bench warrant, grand jury indictment on Tuesday. Ms. David was indicted on the charge of CDS possession-not marijuana back in October. She was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center, where she is being held without bond, pending her appearance in Allegany County Circuit Court.
