A razor-thin lead in the Lehigh Valley has resulted in another win for Representative Susan Wild. Polling results from her race with Republican businesswoman Lisa Scheller were announced Wednesday, with Democrat Wild fending off her challenger by one-point-five percent. Rep. Wild also defeated Scheller in 2020. This year’s race was expected to be more competitive because District 7 was redrawn to include Carbon County, which has a substantial Republican majority.
