Michelle Henry might be the first deputy attorney general of Pennsylvania to step in for her boss soon. Under state law, the first deputy AG fills in when the top post of attorney general is vacant. That opening is likely to become reality when current AG Josh Shapiro will be sworn in as governor in January.
