Republican Doug Mastriano has conceded the race to be governor in Pennsylvania.  The state senate leader messaged supporters during a Facebook live event as well as a letter on Twitter Sunday night.  Mastriano lost the race to Democratic challenger Josh Shapiro 42 percent to 56 percent.  He says overall, more than two million Pennsylvanians voted for him.  He said he thanks each of them, “from the bottom of my heart, for your support.”
