PA. GOVERNOR-ELECT OFFERS KEY TO ATTRACTING RURAL VOTERS

Pennsylvania’s Democratic governor-elect says the key to appealing to rural voters is to show  up with respect and solutions.  Appearing on CNN’s State of the Union, Josh Shapiro explained that’s how he ended his campaign with a 14-point win over opponent Doug Mastriano, who was backed by former President Trump.  Shapiro said Sunday that offering traditionally conservative rural voters “practical things that would make their lives better” is the best way to reach across the aisle.
