Cumberland resident Stephen Armand Fisher was served four outstanding bench warrants, issued by Allegany County District Court. The warrants allege he violated the terms and conditions of probation, set forth by the courts on previous convictions on charges of assault and CDS paraphernalia possession He received a District Court hearing, where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center, and is being held on a total $4,000 bond.
