The Pennsylvania Department of Health has announced plans to make nearly 12-million-dollars available for long-term care facilities. Applications are now open for facilities to receive their share of the money that comes from the CDC. It can be used for workforce development, staff retention and infrastructure that support infection control and emergency preparedness.
