Cumberland resident Juan Guarcas-Gabriel was released on $2500 unsecured personal bond, following an assault incident in the 100-block of Polk Street on Saturday. Police say a suspect had returned to the home and provoked an argument. The argument turned physical and they were assaulted. The victim also alleges they were pushed down the steps in the home. Guarcas-Gabriel received a District Court hearing.
