SERVICE DOG VISITS STATE HOUSE

Governor Larry Hogan is impressed with the state’s efforts to help disabled veterans.  He recently welcomed a service dog-in-training to the State House, only to learn the four-legged friend is being named after him.  “Hogan” the dog is in training at the Maryland Correctional Institution in Hagerstown.  “Hogan” will learn more than a-hundred commands before he becomes a service to a disabled veteran.
