Forty-year-old Cumberland resident Nicole Elizabeth Sorrells was charged with harassment via an electronic device, following an incident late last week. A victim, who lives on Cecilia Street, reported that Ms. Sorrells was harassing her, via text message. Charges were filed against her; she signed for her copy of the paperwork and was released, pending trial.
