Cumberland resident James Christopher Timothy Haines was served a bench warrant for failing to comply with a court order. He was originally charged with three counts of second-degree assault, failure to obey a lawful and reasonable order, resisting or interfering with an arrest, disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment. He was arrested, taken to Central Booking, and ordered held without bond.
