The Cumberland City Police served a bench warrant on Les Bishop, as the result of Bishop failing to appear in court on October 6th. He was originally charged with driving a motor vehicle without the required license and authorization. He was arrested, transported to Central Booking, and later seen by a District Court Commissioner. Bishop was released after posting a $1500 unsecured personal bond.
