Thirty-five-year-old Cumberland resident Samad Jabri Waller was charged with malicious destruction of property, disorderly conduct, and other counts, following an incident on Plymouth Drive Tuesday morning. A female victim reported that Waller had damaged a door to her residence. Waller also had active warrants. He was found at the intersection of Welch Avenue and Bedford Street but fled from the officers. He was then located in the yard of a Frederick Street residence and arrested. For the warrants, Waller was held without bond; for the additional charges, he was held on a $5,000 percentage bond.
