Cumberland resident Nicky Lee Linn was arrested Wednesday, as the result of an alleged assault incident that occurred on November 23rd. Officers spoke with the victim and witnesses and learned that Linn had kicked the victim in the back of the head while they were seated on the ground. Linn received a District Court hearing and was ordered held without bond.
