West Virginia is among the states with the most Christmas spirit. That’s according to a survey done by Century Link, which put the Mountain State fourth on their list. Only New Hampshire, Wisconsin, and Utah were ranked ahead of the Mountain State. The top-five ranking is an improvement over previous years, as West Virginia was placed in the 10th spot in 2021.
