People heading to and from the Eastern Shore will experience new road indicators near the Bay Bridge very soon. Barrels will no longer be used to warn drivers about lane closures as people approach the bridge. Instead, new swinging gates have been installed to guide drivers the right way. The MDTA plans to use the new system by next Tuesday.
