Gas prices are up again throughout Pennsylvania. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular rose Friday to a little over three dollars and 66 cents, as the national average rose to three-29 a gallon. Georgia maintains its status as low-price leader, posting a statewide average of two-83 a gallon. At the other extreme, prices fell slightly in Hawaii, where drivers were shelling out an average of five-02 a gallon on Friday.
