PA. WINE, LIQUOR PRICES TO RISE BY FOUR PER CENT, EFFECTIVE 1/15

Alcohol prices are going up in the Keystone State.  Officials with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board announced yesterday that prices of wine and liquor sold in stores throughout the state will increase this month by four-percent.  State authorities say the increase, set to go into effect on January 15th, is needed to boost revenues to cover operating costs incurred over the past four years.  The last time the PLCB increased prices was in 2019.
