Albright, West Virginia resident Seth Johnson has been charged with making terroristic threats, after allegedly sending a message to a juvenile at a Preston County school, telling them to stop harassing his sister, or he would come to school with a gun. The incident allegedly occurred on January 4th, and Johnson is currently in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail, in lieu of a$100,000 bond.
