Thirty-four people, including 20 from Hampshire County, were among those indicted on charges related to the sale of fentanyl, heroin, and other drugs in Hampshire and Mineral counties. The drug trafficking organizations were based in Baltimore, led by residents Kentrel Anthony Rollins and Sean Jarred Davis. Additional indictments involve residents in Maryland, Virginia, and Ohio, who allowed Rollins and Davis to use their homes, apartments and trailers, in return for drugs. The announcement brought United States Attorney William Ihlenfeld to Hampshire County yesterday.
