Governor-elect Josh Shapiro says he’ll keep at least two people from Governor Wolf’s cabinet. He announced Tuesday that Cindy Adams Dunn will remain as secretary of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and Russell Redding will stay on as agriculture secretary. Dunn has spent more than 30 years at the agency and has served as secretary for the past eight. In addition to Wolf, Redding also served as agriculture secretary under Governor Ed Rendell. Shapiro also has chosen Rich Negrin to lead the state Department of Environmental Protection.
