As the fraud and perjury trial of Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby inches closer, her defense team is seeking to close part of next week’s hearing. The Mosby defense team is seeking the order to prevent disclosure of sensitive jury information. Also, up for discussion is a defense request to move the trial away from Baltimore. Mosby is accused of perjury and making false mortgage applications in the purchase of two homes in Florida.
