WESTERNPORT WOMAN ARRESTED ON TWO BENCH WARRANTS

Westernport resident Nellie Ann Miller was arrested on two bench warrants. She was found on November 6th digging through a dumpster on West First Street. She gave police a false identity but was later identified. One bench warrant was issued as a result of Miller failing to comply with a court order. She was originally charged with theft. The second warrant was issued as the result of Miller failing to appear in court. She was held without bond for the failure to appear bench warrant and on two, $2500 percentage bonds for the other warrants.
