Clock Tower Ventures, LLC has expressed interest in buying and developing 19 Frederick Street, the former site of the Cumberland Post Office, and later, the Cumberland City Police station. The group has visions of transforming the building into a unique bar with an events space and Airbnb rentals on the upper floors. One member of the group is Shelly McIntire, a member of the Hagerstown City Council. The city has been trying to find a developer for the property for several years.
