MOORE RELEASES MILLIONS WITHHELD BY GOVERNOR HOGAN

Governor Wes Moore is releasing tens of millions of dollars approved by state lawmakers but withheld by former Governor Larry Hogan.  On his first full day in office, Moore announced 46-point-five-million dollars will go toward the process of legalizing recreational marijuana in Maryland.  Another ten-million is earmarked for paid family and medical leave.  Moore also released three-point-five-million needed for non-doctor abortion-provider training that Hogan refused to release while in office.
