Gas prices continue to rise throughout the Keystone State. As reported by Triple-A on Friday, the average price for a gallon of regular rose slightly yesterday to exactly three dollars and 69 cents, as the national average also rose to just over three-39 a gallon. Texas holds bragging rights as the state with the lowest price with Friday’s statewide average rising slightly to a few tenths under three dollars a gallon. At the other end of the spectrum, prices fell slightly in Hawaii to an average of just over four-96 a gallon.
