The Cumberland City Police are investigating a shots fired incident early yesterday morning on Ridgeway Terrace. There was a large fight in the area, and by the time police arrived, everyone left the area. Several shell casings were found, and police are currently reviewing surveillance video. The crime scene is being processed for evidence by a Maryland State Police Crime Scene Technician. C3I is investigating.
