ACTING A.G. FORMALLY NOMINATED FOR FULL-TIME JOB

Governor Josh Shapiro has officially nominated Michelle Henry to serve as Attorney General.  She’s currently the state’s acting A-G following Shapiro’s inauguration as governor last Tuesday. Henry’s appointment needs state senate approval and once that’s complete, she would fill the remaining years of Shapiro’s four-year term until the next general election in 2024. If approved, she will be the fourth woman to serve as attorney general.
