HARRISBURG, YORK AND LANCASTER AMONG BEST PLACES TO RETIRE

Three central Pennsylvania cities have made a recent U.S. News and World Report survey as some of the best places to retire. The publication says it analyzed 150 U.S. metro areas to find the best places for retirees. Lancaster came in first, Harrisburg was second and York was listed in fifth place. The areas were cited for being rich in history, offering many events, desirable housing and costs of living that are way lower than other cities.
