FORMER GOVERNOR WEIGHING 2024 PRESIDENTIAL RUN

Former Maryland Governor Larry Hogan appears to be closer to making a decision about running for president in 2024. On Tuesday evening the Republican posted a tweet saying while Washington is completely broken and heading in the wrong direction “we’ve shown how to win and deliver common sense conservative results in the most difficult possible environment.” He says that’s why he’s giving “serious consideration to running for president.”  Before leaving office, the term-limited Hogan had the approval of 77-percent of respondents in a Gonzales Research poll. Over his eight-years in office Hogan had an average approval rating of 74-percent in the deep-blue state of Maryland.
