Hampshire County resident Jason Lee Gordon, with a prior conviction for domestic violence, has been indicted by a federal grand jury for illegally possessing nine firearms. During a domestic incident in April of last year, police found nine guns and assorted ammunition in his car, which he had driven into a ditch. One of the weapons was a “ghost gun,” while the other eight were conventionally made. Gordon has prior conviction from Mineral County that prohibits him from possessing a gun. He is being held in the Eastern Regional Jail.
