Morgan County resident Brian Wilkinson is in jail, following his January 27th arrest on drug distribution and firearms charges. Wilkinson, who is a sex offender on active probation, was held on a no-bail probation hold, and he also faces charges of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, as well as being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. During his arrest on Oliver Lane in Great Cacapon, authorities found 255 grams of meth, with a street value of $25,000.
