The federal case against former Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby heads back to court later this week. There’s a telephone status hearing set for 11 a.m. on Friday after Mosby’s lawyer said he would not be ready to go to trial until June. The public defender was appointed to her case last week after her entire six-person defense team was allowed to withdraw from the case. Mosby is accused of perjury and making false statements on mortgage applications.
