Cumberland resident Jacqualine Dawn Clay was issued several DUI-related citations, after being stopped on West Industrial Boulevard on Tuesday. An officer observed evidence of impairment and conducted several standardized field sobriety tests. She was placed under arrest and later released on those citations, pending trial in District Court.
