Thirty-seven-year-old David Aaron Twigg faces assault, reckless endangerment, and child abuse counts, following a Saturday incident on Glenwood Street. According to witnesses, an intoxicated man was in the home, yelling and creating a disturbance, and when confronted, he displayed a knife and began waving it around, threatening others. Twigg was later arrested and received an initial appearance. He was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he is being held without bond.
