Wynonna Judd gave her fans quite a scare during a performance this past weekend in Dayton, Ohio. She was in the midst of her headlining “The Judds’ Final Tour” on Saturday when she became dizzy. The 58-year-old icon was eventually escorted off the stage by Martina McBride and Karen Fairchild, who were on tour with her. This is not the first time Wynonna has suffered from dizziness in recent weeks. She was forced to cancel her New Year’s Eve show in Nashville due to extreme vertigo.
