PA. SPEAKER SAYS VOTES COMING SOON ON RULES, CHILD ABUSE MEASURES

The Pennsylvania House returns to session a week from tomorrow on February 21st.  Speaker Mark Rozzi had declared that operational rules allowing the chamber to function will be put to a vote at that time.  He also says that separate proposals that are intended to help survivors of childhood sexual abuse will all be put to vote.  The House is currently in recess after a dispute in January over party control.  That has seemed to be settled this past week as Democrats took a 102-101 voting majority following three special elections in Allegheny County.
