Deputies with the Barbour County, West Virginia Sheriff’s Department say they stopped a car on U.S. Route 33 because its windows were covered in stickers and it had a loud exhaust. Inside, deputies found seven children — none of whom was wearing a seatbelt. The children ranged in age from three to 15 years. A couple — identified as 25-year-old Xzavier Anderson of Philippi and 30-year-old Elizabeth Gregory face charges of child neglect.
