Cumberland resident Michael Anthony Butler was charged with disorderly conduct, following an incident in the 800-block of Shriver Avenue. Police say Butler was yelling loudly and hitting himself. He was arrested and issued a criminal citation. He is free, pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
