Marylanders now have another place to get a copy of their birth certificates. Residents may now get the documents printed at the Gaithersburg MVA branch in Montgomery County. The service is already available at the Annapolis, Baltimore City, Essex, Frederick, Largo and Salisbury branches. It’s part of an effort to help Maryland-born residents obtain a REAL ID ahead of a May 2025 deadline.
